Q. Where do I take my items to be cleaned?
Drop off and collection is primarily at KT4, Worcester Park.
We also offer drop off and collection from a second location in KT18 Epsom, cleans may take slightly longer from here though and same or next day service is not available.
If you are not local to either KT4 or KT18 and would rather post your items to us then please contact us and we can arrange a collection and delivery service for you.
Q. How long will I need to leave my items with you?
We usually ask to keep your items for roughly 2-3 days if dropped to KT4, or roughly 1 week if dropped to KT18. We may need to keep your items for a couple of days longer if there is stubborn staining or heavy mould. Please ensure that you collect your items promptly once you've been notified that they are ready, items that are not collected within 7 days will incur a storage fee as it has a direct knock on affect to our other bookings after yours.
Q. Are you able to clean my items the same day?
Depending on availability we can offer a 24 hour turnaround service for an additional £10 per item, or a same day service for an additional £15 per item.
Q. Can I leave my items with you for a week or two while I go away?
If you think you may need to leave your items for longer than the few days we expect it'll take to clean them please contact us first to see if this will be possible at our discretion.
Q. Do you have a spare buggy or car seat I can borrow while mine is being cleaned?
Depending on availability a courtesy stroller or toddler car seat can be available for hire while we are cleaning your items, please do get in touch to enquire about rentals.
Q. Can you service or repair my items while you're cleaning them?
Please do contact us with your issue and we can look into whether we may be able to help. We mainly specialise in cleaning items, and we do find that a good clean can help with a lot of problems such as stiff or wobbly wheels.
Q. Are the products you use safe for my baby?
Yes, we use steam cleaning with natural distilled water. If there is stubborn mould present then a baby friendly cleaning solution may need to be used, or a baby friendly non bio detergent on tough fabric stains. Each fabric and each pushchair model requires a tailored cleaning approach depending on the stains or marks that are present - so please send over photos via whatsapp and we can discuss what cleaning approach is best to use for your specific item.
Q. Can you guarantee to get all stains and marks out?
Unfortunately not - but we do our very best and in most cases we can get all of the stains out, or at least make a big improvement. Fabrics that are faded or sun damaged are not able to be improved with cleaning. Every brand and model has a different fabric so some may respond differently to cleaning than others and may have a better cleaning result, especially if items are very old or have been in storage for some time they may suffer slight wear from deep cleaning. Mould removal cannot be guaranteed, if mould removal is not successful then you will not be charged the mould removal fee for this service. Additionally musty and smokey smells may not always be removed completely.
Q. Can you remove scratches from the metal chassis?
Scratches can sadly not be removed, scuffs however can be. If you have a specific issue with your item - please get in touch first to see if this is something we are able to fix for you.
